Year End Tournament (IP) - March 26 & 27

If your child turned 6 in 2010, he/she is eligible to play in the year end tournament on March 26 & 27. Rosters, indicating the team your child is on, are listed below. Please let me know if your child will NOT be at the tournament. Also, please let me know if your child is born in 2004 but not listed. Please reply to kennedysquires@rogers.com.
The year end tournament is basically the introduction to Novice for 2nd year IP players. Games have referees, offside, 3 periods and the score will be tracked on the big board. Please talk to your child about offside - puck goes over the blue line first, if puck goes back over then you must follow it out. This is a difficult concept for many children to grasp so the more you talk about it the easier they will adjust.
The schedule for the March 26 & 27 year end tournament is available at www.hockeytournament.ca. The first game is known but subsequent games will depend on performance (win or lose). Luckily all of our games are at the Jim Durrell Complex (Walkley and Peplinski arenas. For directions please click here http://bit.ly/e3RNfm

Blue Sharks - March 26, Peplinsky arena @ 8 a.m.
Red Rockets - March 26, Walkley arena @ 7:30 a.m.
Dynamite - March 26, Walkley arena @ 8:30 a.m.
